Our story
Started by Kennito, run like a family
Kennito grew up around a family business and has spent years organising safaris across East Africa. Along the way he learned that great trips depend on small details: the right camp for your budget, a guide who reads the animals well, and someone who picks up when you call.
That is still how Serval works. Our Nairobi team plans every trip itself, from a half day in Nairobi National Park to a long journey across two countries, and we look after every guest the way we would look after our own relatives.
