We are a family-run safari company on Thika Road, Nairobi. Every itinerary is planned by our own team, for travellers who want a safari that feels personal from the first message.
Our story
Kennito started Serval so that a safari would feel like a trip planned by family, not a package sold by strangers.
Kennito grew up around a family business and has spent years organising safaris across East Africa. He learned that a great trip depends on small things: the right camp for your budget, a guide who reads the animals well, and someone who answers when you call.
That is still how we work. Our own Nairobi team plans every trip, whether you book a half day in Nairobi National Park or a long journey across two countries, and we treat every guest the way we would treat our own relatives.
